When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment — and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed and is processed securely by WooPayments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and buy-now-pay-later through Affirm, Klarna and Cash App Afterpay (subject to the provider’s approval and terms). We ship to the United States. Typical delivery is 10–14 days after dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full. See our Return & Refund Policy.
We describe products as accurately as we can, including recommended age ranges. Please follow the age guidance and the manufacturer’s instructions. Toys containing small parts, batteries or magnets should be used under adult supervision. Colours may vary slightly from the images due to screen settings.
All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. If an item stops working under normal use in that period, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The AI Toysz name, logo and website content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless consumer law in your state gives you other rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
