When you choose Affirm, Klarna or Cash App Afterpay at checkout, you are redirected to the provider to complete a quick eligibility check and agree to their payment schedule. The provider pays us in full and you repay them in instalments. Approval, instalment amounts, any interest and late fees are set by the provider and governed by their terms — AI Toysz never charges extra for using these options. If you have questions about a repayment, contact the provider directly; for questions about the order itself, contact us.
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices include the product and free standard shipping. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order, based on your shipping address. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to US deliveries.
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a full breakdown of the charge. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we refund that part in full before dispatch.
WooPayments is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor built on Stripe’s infrastructure. Card details are entered on an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and handled entirely by the processor — AI Toysz never sees or stores your full card number. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay use tokenised payments, so your card number is never shared with us at all.
Charges will appear on your card or wallet statement as AI TOYSZ (or a close variation of this name). Buy-now-pay-later instalments appear under the provider’s name (Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay). If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank and we will help identify the order.
If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is charged. Please check the card details, billing address and available funds, or try another payment method. Some banks require you to approve online purchases in their app. If a buy-now-pay-later provider declines your application, you can still complete the order with a card or wallet.
To protect our customers from fraud, we may occasionally ask you to verify your billing details before dispatching an order. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method — see our Return & Refund Policy. For buy-now-pay-later orders, the refund is sent to the provider, who cancels or adjusts your remaining instalments and returns anything you have already paid. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first; we resolve almost every issue within a day, far faster than a chargeback.
