• Cart data: the items you add to your cart, so we can keep them there while you shop.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.

• Payment processors — WooPayments (Stripe), and Affirm, Klarna or Cash App Afterpay if you choose buy-now-pay-later — to take payment securely and run any eligibility checks they require.
• Fulfilment partners and shipping carriers to pack and deliver your order (name, address and phone number only).
• Email and website hosting providers that power the store and our communications.
• Analytics providers to understand how the site is used.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

Cookies

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet our tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 2 years.

Children’s privacy

Our toys are made for kids, but our website is designed for adults to make purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
