AI Toysz currently ships to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses. If you are outside the United States, email us at hello@aitoysz.com and we will let you know when your country is added.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — no shipping fees are added at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). During peak periods such as Black Friday and the December holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days of dispatch. Our AI toys ship directly from our fulfilment partners, so delivery times are longer than domestic warehouse orders but every parcel is fully tracked. If your order has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and a link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. You can also view tracking from My Account if you created an account at checkout.
For orders delivered within the United States, there are no additional customs fees or import charges — the price you pay at checkout is the total price.
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt can be re-shipped once you confirm the correct address.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund — see our Return & Refund Policy.
