How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and most arrive within 10–14 days, with a tracking number you can follow from dispatch to doorstep. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Which ages are your toys for?
We cover ages 3 and up. Every product page shows a recommended age range, and our homepage gift guide sorts toys by age group.
Do the toys need an app or subscription?
Many companion robots pair with a free app for extra features, but none of our toys hide core play behind a paid subscription. We call out any app requirement on the product page.
Can I return a toy?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item, and anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship to US addresses only. Email us and we’ll let you know when your country is added.
